《南水北调与水利科技》：南水北调中线工程北京段西甘池隧洞设计（薛文政,冯雁）（摘要）

摘要：水工隧洞是构筑于岩体中的建筑物，由于地质条件千差万别，围岩本构关系复杂，难以准确定量描述，给隧洞设计带来很大困难。虽然近几十年来隧洞设计水平有了较大提高，但仍有许多问题从理论上无法彻底解决，隧洞设计规范的规定相对笼统，结合南水北调中线工程北京段西甘池隧洞，对隧洞的设计思路、技术路线及支护型式等方面进行了探讨和研究，目前工程已经过各级专家审查，进入实施阶段。通过对具体工程设计的总结，为其他类型工程设计提供一定的参考价值，同时也有助于推动我国隧洞设计水平的不断提高。

Design of Xiganchi Tunnel in Beijing Section of Middle Line of The South-to-North Water Diversion Project

Abstract:Water tunnel is the hydraulic structure which is constructed in the rock mass.Because of different geological structure and uncertainty of design standed,there exist difficulties in the design of water tunnel.Although the method of tunnel design has improved in recent decades,many problems can""t be solved in theory yet.In this paper,the type of support and lining of Xiganchi water tunnel are studied based on the tunnel""s characteristics.It is conducive to the other similar project.
